Field Trip
The best field trip I ever went on was the Band's field trip to Pasadena, California to participate in the Rose Bowl Parade. It was a 5 day trip and it was some of the best fun I have had. The parts that made it fun were the friends, activities and rarity.
At the time of the field trip my best friends hadn't graduated yet. And another girl roomed with us who I was just getting to know. This was a great setting for me because I could be with my best friends while also meeting a new person. Me and my friends even set up a great secret Santa gift exchange for the people inside our room for the duration of the trip. This was really fun and it was great to help us learn more about each other. I got my best friend named Leslie and even though I thought I knew everything she liked I learned even more and was able to get her a couple small gifts I knew that she would really enjoy. These friendships are really what made the field trip fun.
One of the things that the field trip planners excelled at was planning. There were all sorts of fun things to do once we got there including going to Walt Disney World and other attractions like Knotts Berry Farm. It was extremely fun and kept the trip exciting. However, never once did I feel overwhelmed. This was because of the impeccable planning. The planners made it so there was plenty of time to rest but also enough time to have lots of fun. This was very successful and meant that the students could have lots of fun without feeling exhausted or out of energy.
The other thing that made this trip special was simply what we went to California to do. We were there to be one of the few bands to march in the Rose Bowl Parade. It was extremely hard to get into the parade and the fact that a high school band was in there was amazing all by itself. Click here for a link showing all it takes to become a marching band for the Rose Bowl Parade.
All together it was a great trip and it was the most successful and fun field trip I have ever been on!

Why I Want to be a Teacher
In my life I have had many good teachers. I have had teachers that are very patient, kind, and caring. However, I always wanted to not only help kids but teach them. I love volunteering at places where I can help kids but my favorite experiences have been in VBS where I get to teach kids about the Bible.I feel that I would also really enjoy being able to teach kids math or science or history. English has never been my favorite subject and it is my worst subject. I would much rather teach science which I find not only brings myself joy but also it brings kids much joy.
Ethical Delima
Many times posts like these end up facebook and other networking sites. These kind of posts are hurtful to people and having them up creates hurt feelings and bullies. At first Mark saw that post and knew it was wrong. After thinking for a while he realized that it may hurt his relationships if he turned it into the school administrators so that they could take it down.
What I think Mark should do is turn in an anonymous letter to his teacher giving the link to the picture and tell her who posted it so that she can talk to the students and ask him to take it down explaining the situation. The teacher might ask the student to apologize to Christa if Christa's feelings are hurt at all about it.
These are just a few ideas on how to fix the problem as a teacher or what a teacher would expect from a student who is in a ethically questionable situation
