Why I Want to be a Teacher

In my life I have had many good teachers. I have had teachers that are very patient, kind, and caring. However, I always wanted to not only help kids but teach them. I love volunteering at places where I can help kids but my favorite experiences have been in VBS where I get to teach kids about the Bible.

I feel that I would also really enjoy being able to teach kids math or science or history. English has never been my favorite subject and it is my worst subject. I would much rather teach science which I find not only brings myself joy but also it brings kids much joy.

One reason I love kids is because they are full of joy. Here is a little video of happy kids.
